On Nov. 18, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell spoke with a Reading PA dog attack victim. A woman’s Cocker Spaniel bit him on the calf which required ER treatment. The Hatfield PA resident received a tetanus shot and was given a prescription for antibiotics to prevent infection. It appears that the negligent dog owner is an uninsured renter.
