On June 5, 2013, a Lancaster County couple contacted Attorney Thomas J. Newell after their toy poodle was mauled at an area campsite. They had their toy poodle on a leash when a Boston Terrier broke free from its owner and attacked the small dog. The poodle suffered a fractured front leg and underwent 2 surgeries at the University of Pennsylvania’s Veterinary Hospital.
