On December 22, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was contacted by a Bethlehem, PA area UPS worker who had been bitten by an unrestrained dog. As the delivery woman was approaching the house, the owner told her “my dog is out.” Before the PA dog attack victim could safely reach her UPS truck, the unleashed dog had pursued her and bit her on the leg. PA Dog Law violations are pending.
