On October 24, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was hired by the father of a 10 year-old Bucks County PA dog attack victim. Two days earlier, the young boy was playing with a friend and his brother in his Richlandtown PA neighborhood on a nearby street. A golden retriever was running loose in the neighborhood and suddenly attacked the unsuspecting boy in the face. The Bucks County dog mauling victim was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in Quakertown where a plastic surgeon was called in to perform surgery.
