On August 26, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell filed a Petition for Minor’s Compromise with the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’ Court Division. On June 8, 2012, a 13 year old boy was attacked and mauled by his friend’s pit bull in Hulmeville PA. The Bucks County dog attack victim sustained dog bite wounds to his hands and right leg. Attorney Newell is awaiting a hearing date with the Orphans’ Court judge.
