A July 10, 2014 article from abc27.com identified multiple PA Dog Law charges being lodged against a York pit bull owner. The pit bull attacked and killed a Shih-poo and its 78 year old owner. Harboring a dangerous dog is a serious offense which is specified in Section 502-A of the PA Dog Law.
