On Nov. 25, 2014, PA dog attack attorney, Thomas J. Newell, Esq., agreed to represent a 7 year-old boy who was mauled by a neighbor’s pit bull. The child was playing in the alley behind his home when the unleashed pit bull attacked him causing severe facial wounds. The reckless pit bull owner was found guilty of multiple violations of the PA Dog Law.
