On May 12, 2014, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was contacted by a Lehigh Valley man after he was bitten by a mixed breed dog in Wind Gap, PA. The man had agreed to return an item to a family member on the evening of 4/25. When he arrived and opened the front door, the unleashed mixed breed dog attacked him. The Northampton County dog bite victim was bitten on the right arm and left knee. He was treated at a Lehigh Valley medical facility and was given a tetanus shot.
