On 8/14/13, a 14 year-old resident of Tobyhanna was attacked by an unrestrained pit bull in the PCP Development in Monroe County PA. The dog bite victim was initially treated in the ER at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. He returned 2 days later to be admitted as his left arm became infected. Attorney Newell advised his mother to contact the Monroe County Dog Warden – George Nixon.
