On 2/7/14, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was retained by a Reading PA dog attack victim to represent her after she was mauled by a 7 year-old male Mastiff. The woman underwent facial surgery with dozens of stitches needed to close the serious facial wound. The dog bite wound became infected and she was hospitalized in order to receive her medications via IV’s.
