On Nov. 22, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was called by a York area woman whose Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was attacked by a neighbor’s Rottweiler. The Rottweiler’s owner couldn’t control the vicious dog and it grabbed the small dog by the neck and bit it several times. The spaniel was taken to a York area veterinarian and was treated for dog bite puncture wounds. Attorney Newell reviewed the Pennsylvania Dog Law with the victim.
