On 11/13/13, Attorney Thomas J. Newell received a telephone call from a York PA business owner whose miniature dachshund was killed by a vicious pit bull in their backyard in Maryland. The pit bull was roaming throughout the neighborhood unrestrained and without any supervision. After jumping the fences of 2 other neighbors and attacking their dogs, the pit bull barged over/through her fence and mauled to death her tiny, defenseless dog.
