On May 2, 2013, an Allentown PA dog attack victim was referred to Attorney Thomas J. Newell by an employee of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The woman was walking in a church parking lot when a leashed dog attacked her. She received emergency room care at Lehigh Valley Hospital. The Lehigh County Dog Warden is investigating the attack.
