On July 31, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell spoke with a United States Postal Service mail carrier from Philadelphia who was attacked by a vicious dog the day earlier. The bulldog/mixed breed dog was running loose in violation of the PA Dog Law. She sustained significant dog bite wounds to the left calf and right arm which required dozens of stitches to close.
